Because of the pandemic, Disney announced that they will be ending its annual passport program.
Refunds will be issued to passport holders eligible for them. For those entitled to a refund, Disney will start the process in the next several days.
For the time being, passholders who had passports since 3/14/2020 will still get discounts at stores and restaurants in Downtown Disney.
