You may have noticed that Carolyn McArdle was not on the air for the past two weeks on the Morning Breeze with Jack Kulp. That's because she contracted Covid-19.
Thankfully she is okay but as she mentioned on the air, she had a bit of a tough time. Her breathing was affected, she suffered from severe heartburn and backaches. One night she even had to sleep on the floor because the pain was so bad!
While she hasn't regained her sense of taste and smell back all the way and she is still dealing with extreme fatigue and some asthma issues, she's out of quarantine and feels good enough to be on the air.
