Restaurants have come up with some really creative ways to keep afloat during the pandemic.
A perfect example is the Mountain Top Brewery in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. They were among the first to use refurbished ski gondolas as private outdoor dining spaces. The restaurant wasn’t sure how they were going to survive the lock down until they discovered The Gondola Shop in Fruita, Colorado. They specialize in repairing ski gondolas for resorts around the world. The Gondola Shop was more than happy to help out.
