Thank goodness for an Antioch man who was at the right place at the right time.
A 67 year-old man was driving along the Sacramento River when he experienced a medical emergency behind the wheel, and plunged into the river.
Chris Arias of Antioch saw the whole thing, and jumped into the river to help the unidentified driver, who didn’t know how to swim.
