The people that run California’s wineries & breweries are breathing a bit easier these days. They’re no longer required to serve food to operate outdoors.
Alameda County recently entered the red tier, meaning breweries can open outdoors. They have to close by 8, and have a 90 minute time limit per table. This inspired Faction Brewing in Alameda to come up with a new brew, and it’s called No More Tiers! Faction Brewing co-owner Claudia Pamparana said "It's been really great to see all the happy faces out here. Even though it's freezing cold, people are happy to be out here."
