Almost four in ten who were asked, said they don’t get enough shut-eye. The CDC recommends that we all get about 7 hours a night. What’s keeping the four in ten up at night? Money! That’s the most common thing that people lose sleep over, followed by pandemic stress, and relationship issues.
Some people’s habits are getting in the way of getting a good night’s sleep. Drinking caffeinated beverages after 3p, and lack of exercise are two of them.
