Lilly Bumpus of San Bernardino set a new record for Girl Scout Cookie sales.
The old record was just a bit over 26 thousand boxes. Lilly ended up selling over 32 thousand boxes. Because of the pandemic, most of the cookies were sold online. They were sold in all 50 states as well as Canada, Italy and Egypt.
Lilly, an 8 year-old Brownie, is a cancer survivor, and many of the cookies purchased went to her Team Lilly Foundation.
