It’s easy. You can’t go wrong with the Mediterranean diet. That would include lots of fruit, nuts, fish, spices, whole grains, breads, extra virgin olive oil and legumes.
You can also eat poultry, eggs and yogurt.....in moderation
Try to skip red meat if you can. Lots of water is always a good idea.
