The rental agency will ban one-night reservations over the 4th of July holiday. They’ll make an exception for existing customers with positive reviews.
The one-night booking ban is similar to the bans during the New Year’s Eve and Halloween holidays. They’re hoping that the ban will prevent large gatherings during the pandemic.
