Talk about going the extra mile for your clients! A Bay Area realtor camped out for three days for his clients to make sure they were able to purchase a townhouse that was going to go on sale in Santa Clara!
Admittedly, the housing market is hot in the Bay Area right now. There are more buyers than there are homes.
Jeremy Naval says he didn’t even think that camping out for his clients. He said he looked at it as something that he had to do for them. And he wasn't alone. There were other realtors doing the same thing!
There were only a certain number of townhouses that were going to go on sale and Jeremy wanted to make sure his clients didn't miss out! By the way, each of these houses cost $1.2 million! There were 18 of them for sale and they were all set at a fixed rate so the possibility of a bidding war was non-existant.
