Are you in the habit of hitting the snooze button in the morning? Here’s why you probably shouldn’t.
More than one in three grownups hit snooze three times before getting out of bed. More than half of adults in their twenties and early thirties say that they hit snooze every morning. It’s not such a huge deal to grab a few extra minutes of sleep. But regularly fighting your alarm is a sign of trouble. Why? The snooze button might make you feel more tired during the day, and might keep you from getting a good nights’ sleep.
Not getting the sleep you need may lead to not being able to focus, might make you irritable, and may compromise your immune system.
