Here’s a reason to check your FasTrak statement when it comes in.
It was just revealed that 32 thousand drivers who crossed the Golden Gate Bridge were overcharged. Apparently a sensor in one of the lanes was charging drivers for more than two axles. The overcharging occurred over two months starting early in April.
Officials said that refunds will be issued automatically over the next four to six weeks.
