15 years ago, hair salon owner Pio Imperati hired a stylist , Kathy Moura, fresh out of technical school. It worked out so well that Imperati recently sold her his New haven Connecticut hair salon forโฆ.one dollar.
Imperati has been in business for almost 60 years, starting with a barbershop.
Moura, 32, said that when she finished school, no one would hire her because she didnโt have any experience. Imperati gave her a tryout, and hired her on the spot!
