Did you develop any bad habits during the lock-down? Plenty of people did.
Some of the habits people developed were ways of coping with a difficult and stressful situation.
61% of Americans are trying to break a bad habit they picked up during the pandemic. 30% said they developed a dependency on screen time, 22% fell prey to bad eating habits, and 21% felt that they began to sleep too much or too little.
But, here’s good news. 65% developed a healthy habit they hope to hang on to, like frequent hand washing.
