Are you OK with buying a house sight unseen? Believe it or not, many are OK with it.
21% of all Americans say they’d be fine with buying a house without looking for it. Americans age 18-44 are the ones most comfortable with buying a house based on the online photos or virtual tours they’ve seen online.
Much of this is based on something called “home surfing”....that would be looking at real estate listings online, even if they’re not looking to buy property. A quarter of all Americans say they do this.
