The US Postal Service is trying to cut costs, and provide more reliable service.
They’re actually going to SLOW DOWN some of its delivery services to reach that goal. They’re changing their standard time frame for delivering first class letters from a one-three day window to one-to-five day window.
Much of these changes are a result of the fact that the Postal Service is delivering more packages these days thn letters.
All of this goes into effect October 1st.
