A Central California boy became the youngest person to swim the entire length of Lake Tahoe.
14-year-old James Savage of Los Banos finished his 21.3 mile trip in 12 hours. He began in California in South Lake Tahoe, and finished up on the Nevada side at Incline Village. Last year he became the youngest to swim the 12-mile width of the lake.
Savage has been swimming almost every day since he was 8.
