A burned out home in Walnut Creek sold for an amazing amount!
The was nearly destroyed by a two alarm fire in 2020. The roof collapsed , and the garage was fully engulfed in flames. The owners asked for $875,000, but it eventually sold for a million dollars. The high price tag was probably due to the land that the house was sitting on.
