Even though pandemic safety concerns will still be on most American’s minds, three in four Americans still plan on celebrating Halloween this year.
41% plan on trick-or-treating. 34% plan on dressing up, and 34% plan on decorating their homes.
73% of Americans who took the survey still had some COVID concerts, but will take part in SOME Halloween fun.
