Orders are taking longer this year than last year, and are more likely to be wrong.
A new study at almost 15 thousand drive-thrus in the US last summer. They found that service was about 25.59 slower than last year, and 51% of the people in the study said the speed of the service was about what they expected.
Also, about 15% of the orders were inaccurate. That’s up from 13% last year.
