The time you go to bed may determine your risk of heart disease.
According to new research, the best time to go to bed to maintain heart health is between 10p & 11p. That time is least likely to disrupt your body clock, or circadian rhythm.
People who fell asleep at midnight or later had a 25% higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease than those who fell asleep between 10 and 11. Those who fell asleep before 10p had a 24% increased risk of heart problems.
