The instant print camera is making a comeback.

The Polaroid camera has become one of the post popular retro gifts of 2021. The nostalgia and instant gratification of holding a photo just a few minutes after taking it adds to the appeal.

The instant film camera debuted by Polaroid back in 1948. That’s when the daughter of Polaroid’s founder, Edwin Land, asked why it took so long to develop photos.

The price of instant print cameras range from $60 to $200.
