Kelly Clarkson is in a gift-giving mood this holiday season and during her daytime talk show on Monday (December 6) she gave back to a special person and non-profit.
Jesse Juarez, of Salinas, fed his California community during the pandemic. He delivered over 151,000 meals and snacks and 11,000 food boxes to those in need, while he and his family struggled financially.
Clarkson celebrated Juarez’s good deed and awarded him and his family $10,000 and gave $40,000 to The Boys and Girls Clubs of Monterey County.
Clarkson with the help of Comcast also gave the Boys and Girls Club access to free wi-fi for a year and 1,000 new laptops and high-speed internet for a year.
Carolyn McArdle talked about it on the air! Listen below....
