According to a recent study, prunes could be the key to keeping off the holiday weight. Yes, prunes!
One group of people were told to eat prunes as their everyday snack while a second group was able to snack on whatever healthy snack they chose.
The group who snacked on prunes lost a pound more weight than the ones who chose whatever snack they wanted. (4.4 vs 3.4)
