A survey of 2,000 people has revealed that 78% of us use our phones right up to the moment we go to bed…..the WORST thing you can do right before you try to go to sleep.

Which APPS are the most disruptive when it comes to sleep quality? TikTok tops the list of apps that disrupt REM sleep…the type of sleep that rejuvenates the body most effectively. TikTok users take an average of an hour and seven minutes to fall asleep after using the app. TikTok users use just 14% of their sleep cycle in REM. Those who had no electronic engagement spent 23% of their sleep time in REM.

Instagram was second worst, followed by Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook.
