San Francisco resident Branson Kimball said he was feeling a bit isolated during the pandemic so, with the help of his wife nudging him a bit to do something about it, threw a free pancake party for 75 of his neighbors.
Branson said his wife thought he was "getting weird" during the pandemic and he needed to make more friends. He put fliers up all over his neighborhood and to his surprise, over 75 neighbors showed! Collectively they chowed on 125 pancakes!
Kimball is the owner and chef of the Creme Brulée Cart.
The event was such a bit success that he plans on doing another one this weekend.
