The DeLorean is going “back to the future”.
The iconic car, made famous by the 1985 film starring Michael J. Fox, is coming back, but this time in the form of an electric car.
The DeLorean Motor Company (Yes! it’s still in business) recently released a teaser video featuring a silhouette of a car with the distinctive gull-wing doors. The video mentioned the “premier of the DeLorean in 2022”, suggesting that the new DeLorean will be an all-electric vehicle. No other details about the car have been released.
DeLorean plans to move their global headquarters to Port San Antonio, Texas.
