Do you feel “refreshed” when you wake up in the morning?

Not too many of us do. Only 41% of us would consider our quality of sleep as “excellent”, and only 30% of us feel “refreshed” when we wake up.

On average, we fall asleep by 10p. People who think they have “excellent” sleep fall asleep by 9:39p. Millennials tend to go to sleep the earliest, on average….9:49p.

These are the findings of a study done by Harvard Medical School, and commissioned by, you guessed it, Serta Simmons Bedding.
