Are you in the habit of skipping breakfast? Bad idea!
More than 25% of us skip breakfast regularly, and 70% say they’re not willing to wake up a bit earlier to have something to eat before they run off for the day.
Skipping breakfast is OK every once in a while, but it could affect your eating habits the rest of the day. It’s best to have something to eat within two hours of getting out of bed.
What NOT to eat? Sugar! Eating a sweet breakfast can cause your blood sugar to spike later and your energy level to tank. What’s best to eat? A banana, nut butter, Greek yogurt and berries.
You don’t need to eat a HEAVY breakfast to stay nourished.
