People have discovered that traveling is one of the best ways to make new friends and even meet a future spouse.
A survey of over 2,000 people revealed that over a fifth of Americans met their spouse while traveling internationally. Over thirty percent stated that they had a vacation “romance”.
On an average trip, travelers will make four new friends.
Some people didn’t even wait for the plane to land. In fact, thirty percent said they dated someone they met in-flight.
