When was the last time you needed a babysitter?
If it’s been a while, you paid a lot less than what babysitters are asking for today. The hourly cost of a sitter has increased from an average of almost 15 dollars an hour back in 2020, to a little more than more than 18 dollars an hour as of April 2022.
In some areas, sitters are asking up to 30 dollars an hour. In San Francisco, the average is 23 dollars an hour.
