The land that California’s Great America rests on has been sold.
The owner of the amusement park, Cedar Fair, sold the 112 acre property to real estate developer Prologis for $310 million.
The Santa Clara park opened in 1976, and has over 50 attractions. The land deal specifies that the park will close sometime within the next 11 years, so you still have plenty of time to visit the park.
