If you’ve ever fantasized about permanently living on the high seas, your ship is under construction.

A Croatian ship builder is in the process of designing and building the world’s first eco friendly residential ship. It will be named the MV Narrative. $1.5 billion sahip will be 753 feet long. It will be the first of its kind to be powered by liquid natural gas.

The floating city will have a school, library, post office, hospital, a bank and office space. If you’re into fine dining there will be 20 restaurants and bars.

Residents/passengers who like to stay fit can take advantage of racquet courts, a running track, and a 10,000 square foot wellness center.

Rooms and suites will range in cost between $1 and $8 million, with a limited number of leases starting at $647,000.
