There are plenty of reasons to take a “mental health day” from work, and more and more people are doing it. Reasons include personal problems, overwork, and poor working relationships.
The worst thing you could do during a mental health day is think about your problems or thinking about the things that are stressing you out.
The best things you can do is some light exercise, and spend some time with your hobby.
