Ever wish you could wake up more refreshed in the morning? You’re not alone.
According to UC research, these three “to do’s” might make a difference:
More strenuous exercise.
Seven to nine hours of sleep.
A high-carb, low sugar breakfast.
While these tips may seem obvious, most people don’t adopt all three at the same time. Sometimes it’s difficult to get nine hours of sleep every night, for example. Scientists know that the exercise part works, but they’re not sure why.
