Researchers at Notre Dame have come to the conclusion that people who rely on an alarm clock to wake up, wake up more tired than people who wake up without one.
Scientists concluded that people who require an artificial stimulator to wake up out of a sound sleep feel more lethargic during the day. Relying on caffeine throughout the day makes the lethargy even worse.
What’s more, if you’re in the habit of hitting the snooze alarm more than once, you may be chronically tired.
