Gas prices are dropping, and it’s about time!

The national average price for a gallon of gas fell to $3.26. That’s about 14 cents less than last week, and about 52 cents less than it cost a month ago. AAA says the price drop is because of a drop in demand as people stay in because of the colder weather.

We could see the national average drop below 3 dollars a gallon by early 2023.
