Yosemite National Park might reopen soon, but in phases.
Last month 12 feet of snow fell in the higher elevations of the park, and crews are working around the clock to clear it. But once the snow is cleared, along comes another atmospheric river dumping more snow, so crews have to start all over again….clearing snow from parking lots, roads and buildings.
The soonest any part of the park could open would be Friday the 17th.
