The FBI has issued a warning about charging your phone or laptop using free public charging stations. You’ll find these charging stations at airports, shopping centers, hotels, and at transit stations.
Some of these charging stations can carry malware planted by bad guys. The malware can then copy your usernames and passwords, and other sensitive info from your phone, computer or tablet. It's called "juice jacking".
You’re safe if you use your OWN charger and an electrical outlet.
