If you've got teenagers in the house, you may have noticed this latest trend.
Gen-Z is calling it the "everything shower" - which is an extremely warm (hot!), steamy shower for two to four hours. Yes - you read that correctly.
The "everything" part comes from soaping up every nook and cranny - while blasting their favorite music.
It's gotten so popular - on TikTok, the hashtag #EverythingShower has racked up more than 168-million views - and counting.
