Why You Might Be A Mosquito Magnet

A new study may have the answer to why mosquitoes seem to be attracted to some people more than others.

And it has everything to do with odor.

Certain soaps can help deter mosquitoes - under the idea that if you they can't smell you, they can't bite you.

However, the research also finds that some soaps might actually attract the insects. the scent of volunteers who washed with three out of four popular soap brands tested.

And of course - there are those who don't use much soap at all.

Researchers say the insects are drawn to body odor (good old BO) - and most mosquitoes can find humans more than 350 away once they get whiff of that BO.
