Food & Wine has released their "28 Best Pizza Places in the US" list - and the Bay Area showed up big.
In fact, other than New York having 10 places on the list, the Bay Area has the next best showing with 5 pizza spots on the list - including the #2 spot.
Here are the local rankings:
#19 Pizzeria Delfina
#16 Flour & Water
#10 Casey's Pizza
#5 Del Popolo
#2 A16 in Oakland. Food & Wine specifies the Oakland location due to it's wood-fired oven that can cook pizzas in 90s seconds.
