It's vacation season.
Which often means eating too much... or eating unhealthy. Sometimes both.
Fortunately, experts have put together a list of ways to eat better while on vacation.
On the list, among other things, are:
- Ditching the buffets
- Order vegetables with your meal (instead of fries)
- Review menus before you pick your restaurant
- Drink more water
