Surfers in Santa Cruz have a little more to worry about than bad weather and riptides. That's because a southern sea otter is wreaking havoc there - approaching surfers and forcing them off their surfboards.
Not only that... the otter herself is hopping on the boards and sometimes gnawing on them.
