What Having Your Phone Next to You Does to Your Sleep Each Night

There's a good chance that you use your cell phone as an alarm clock.

Or you use it to read books before going to bed.

Or more likely... watch videos before going to bed.

More and more studies are showing that using your bed right before bedtime can lead to sleep issues - specifically, the inability to fall asleep.

One sleep expert points out that having your phone so easily available might make you feel overly connected to your job - emails and texts are too easily accessible.

But the worst part, according to the experts, is the blue light coming from the screen - which causes the body to not produce melatonin properly (which helps you sleep!).
