You've heard of staycations (just staying at home while on vacation).
And workcations (working while ON vacation).
But what about a sleep vacation?
LifeHacker is suggesting a sleep vacation during your next holiday, taking one of two different approaches.
The first one is to make sleep the main focus by going on a “sleep retreat” of sorts, which usually involves booking a luxury hotel room that has been specifically designed to promote rest, and mindfulness.
The second is to prioritize sleep while on vacation. Instead of late nights or early mornings for activities, emphasis is placed on getting solid blocks of sleep.
