We're all probably aware of the tiny house trend - but small houses are become more and more of a relatity.
The Wall Street Journal reports that the sizes of new homes in major cities are shrinking, by as much as 18% of the past 5 years.
But why?
Newser reports that cutting out certain rooms and other perks, such as dining rooms, lofts, and bathtubs "produce tighter, more efficient living spaces."
