Pickleball, the fastest-growing sport in the US, has been found to have significant mental health benefits, according to a new report from Apple.

The study, which analysed data from Apple Watch users, found that playing pickleball is associated with lower rates of self-reported depression. The report also highlighted the physical health benefits of the sport, including cardiovascular and metabolic improvements.

Pickleball is a fun and inclusive sport that can help people stay connected with friends and family, and provide a sense of purpose and accomplishment.
