Study: Flexible Work Hours Can Make Your Heart 10 Years Younger

A new study has found that flexible work hours may reduce the risk of heart disease by up to 10 years, as compared to a traditional 9 to 5 job.

The study also found that workers over the age of 45 stand to benefit the most, along with people who have a family history of heart disease.
