The holidays can be a dangerous time for pets, as they are often tempted by shiny decorations and toxic foods.
Tinsel, garland, and ribbon can cause serious harm if ingested by cats or dogs, as they cannot break down these materials in their digestion. Many holiday flowers, such as lilies, poinsettias, mistletoe, and holly, are toxic to pets and should be kept out of reach.
Additionally, foods like chocolate, grapes, onions, and alcohol can be harmful to pets.
It's important to keep decorations and toxic items out of reach and maintain your pet's routine to prevent stress-related disorders during the holiday season.
